Three courses (six days each) on stress management have been conducted with 52 participants at the NPA. These workshops/courses were organized for senior officers of the police, as well as for the officers of other law enforcement agencies like departments such as the FIA, IB, Pakistan Rangers, Levis , and the Armed Forces.

Police Training Program Rabta has been conducting regular attitudinal change workshops with ASsP Under Training at NPA Islamabad since 2002. Counseling services to ASsP under training at NPA are also provided by Rozan.
