The ethical guidelines are being implemented with assistance from a working group named 'Hurmat' (which, in Urdu, means 'respect') and has five city chapters across Pakistan with Rozan as its secretariat and training organization.

Objectives

  1. Increase endorsement of the code by private and public institutions that offer support to female survivors through building capacity and awareness
  2. Act as a pressure group to challenge organizations that handle survivors unethically.

Hurmat Members

The Hurmat network presently consists of twenty-four endorsing organizations. These are:

Endorsing the guidelines

Organizations and professionals working with survivors can endorse the guidelines through the endorsement form.
